Your Agreement with the Platform

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jillid Casino ("jillid", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), operated under a licence issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the jillid Casino website located at jillid.org, including all games, features, payment services, promotional offerings, and support services made available thereon.

By creating an account on jillid, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit, participating in any game or promotion, or otherwise accessing any part of the jillid platform, you unconditionally accept, and agree to be bound by, these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.

jillid reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, jillid will provide reasonable notice through the platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the platform following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to jillid Casino's real-money gaming services is subject to strict eligibility requirements established under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulatory mandates.

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register, deposit, or participate in any real-money game or betting activity on jillid Casino.

3Account Registration and KYC

To access real-money gaming on jillid, you are required to complete the account registration process and pass Know Your Customer ("KYC") identity verification. jillid is obligated to collect and verify this information under its PAGCOR licence and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.

During registration and KYC, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, registered Philippine mobile number, and valid government-issued identification. Acceptable identification documents include the PhilSys National ID, Philippine Passport, UMID, Driver's Licence, and other PAGCOR-approved documents.

• Each individual may hold one (1) account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
• Account information must reflect your true identity. Accounts registered with fictitious names, borrowed identities, or false documentation will be terminated.
• You must notify jillid promptly of any changes to your registration details through the account settings or customer support channels.
• jillid may request enhanced due diligence documentation at any point, including utility bills, bank statements, or source of funds declarations, in accordance with its PAGCOR compliance obligations.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by jillid may result in temporary or permanent restrictions on your account, including the inability to withdraw funds until the verification process is completed.

4Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your jillid account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. jillid strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account.

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Any action taken using your account credentials — including wagers, deposits, withdrawals, and profile changes — is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you notify jillid promptly of unauthorised access.
• You must contact jillid support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised use of your account.
• jillid is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials, provided jillid has acted in good faith in processing transactions authenticated with your credentials.

jillid employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform connections and implements automated suspicious activity monitoring. Accounts exhibiting unusual login patterns may be subject to temporary security holds pending verification.

5Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jillid Casino are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). jillid supports GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT (TRC20) as payment methods. Payment method availability may change without prior notice.

Deposits: Funds deposited via GCash and Maya are credited to your jillid wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

• jillid does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment provider fees, if any, are the responsibility of the player.
• jillid reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending completion of outstanding KYC verification or in connection with an active responsible gaming or AML investigation.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the Cashier page and may be updated periodically.

6Bonus and Promotions Policy

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published alongside each offer and incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• jillid reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to obligations already incurred by eligible players.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to extract bonus value without genuine play, will result in cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account termination.

7Game Rules and Fair Play

In the event of a conflict between jillid's general terms and a game-specific rule, the game-specific rule shall prevail for matters directly relating to that game's mechanics and payouts.

Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and reflect the theoretical long-term average for each title over a statistically significant number of rounds.

• In the event of a technical malfunction — including disconnection, server error, or game software fault — jillid's records shall be the authoritative source for determining game outcomes. Bets that cannot be settled due to a verified technical fault may be voided and stakes returned.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on jillid Casino. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable.

• Using the platform while under 21 years of age.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts, or allowing a third party to access your account.
• Engaging in any conduct that jillid reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harmful toward staff, other players, or the platform.

9Responsible Gaming

jillid Casino is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in line with PAGCOR's regulatory framework for player protection. jillid provides all registered players with a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from their account dashboard.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum net loss thresholds per session or time period. jillid will cease allowing wagers automatically once the threshold is reached.

10Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jillid platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works of, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any jillid content without prior written consent from jillid.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jillid Casino, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

jillid's total aggregate liability to any player for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit jillid's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by jillid's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

jillid does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network outages, and other technical events may affect availability. jillid will endeavour to minimise downtime and will not be held liable for losses directly attributable to verified platform outages beyond its reasonable control.

12Amendments and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through jillid's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines, including PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms available to licensed operator complaints.

jillid Casino reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be communicated to registered players via the platform notification system or by email to the registered address. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
